Refund policy

At Ritz Apple Strudel, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is deemed damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Kindly retain the product in its original condition and packaging, and do not dispose of it until our team has assessed the issue.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions on the return process.

Exchanges

If you encounter any issues with the quality of the product received, you may bring the uneaten portion of the item to your nearest outlet for assessment.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned on the same day of purchase, or no later than the following day. Once our team has verified the issue, we’ll be happy to offer you a replacement at no additional charge.

Please note that only the physical product will be accepted for evaluation. Photos will not be accepted as valid proof for exchange or return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
