- How much is shipping within Singapore?
FREE if you're buying $80 or more. $8.80 flat fee almost anywhere* in Singapore.
- Are there any areas you don't service in Singapore?
Yes, unfortunately we do not service TUAS, SOUTH TUAS, SENTOSA, JURONG ISLAND.
- When will my goods be delivered?
If you order before 2pm, Next day earliest available.
If you order past 2pm, 2 days later earliest available.
There are 2 delivery windows
If you're not home on the 9-2pm window, please make sure you write in the note to us that you want the 2-7pm delivery window.
- What if I need my order to be delivered urgently?
Please call our office at +65 64693470 and speak with our friendly staff before you make your order.
- What if I want to schedule my order to be delivered on a future date?
Add the product to your cart and give us the date to delivery under "Special instructions for seller".
Example, please type in the text box: "Please schedule delivery on: 2020-08-18"
- Can I pick up my order instead of Shipping ?
Yes, you may choose the "Pick up" option at Check out.
Currently, we can only allow self collection at 4 predetermined locations. NEX, AMK Hub, NTF GH or Tampines Mall.
Strudels are always in stock, so for pick up orders you can pick up your order as soon as we notify you that your order is ready for pick up. Usually same day/next day.
For Cakes, availability at our pick up locations vary. Please only attempt to collect your order after we mark the order as "Ready for Pick up".
- Can I schedule a pick up ?
Yes, please specify on the "Special instructions for seller". For example "Pick Up on: 2020-08-18"
Please note that we usually only prepare Strudels when a customer arrives to ensure freshness of the product given to you.
- My order is set to be fulfilled before my scheduled delivery/Pick up date what does this mean?
This means, we have processed your order to be prepared by our kitchen/outlet. We'll only prepare and ship on the date that you have specified.
If no date was specified, it means we're prepping your order to be sent to you.
- Can I request the strudel to be cut?
If you're ordering a pick up order, you may ask for your strudel to be cut with our counter crew.
We do not cut delivery orders.
- Can I request a birthday tag/candle?
If you have ordered a cake or strudel yes.
