PRODUCTS
Are your products halal?
Yes, we are halal-certified and all our products are halal.
Some of our products do contain nuts, and we also use ingredients that may come from facilities handling nuts. As such, our bakes are not nut-free, and we advise individuals with nut allergies to refrain from consuming them for their safety.
At the moment, we do not offer any gluten-free, dairy-free, or eggless strudels, cakes, or bakes. For specific allergen information, please refer to the individual product descriptions.
Our strudels and cakes are not sold by weight, as the weight may vary depending on the flavour. We recommend selecting sizes based on serving portions. You can refer to the serving guide provided in each product listing.
For pickup orders, you may request our counter staff to have your strudel cut upon collection. Please note that cutting service is not available for delivery orders.
We do provide a birthday tag and candle upon request, if you have ordered a cake or strudel.
Unfortunately, we do not offer writing on or strudels or cakes.
STORAGE
To ensure the best taste and quality of our products, proper storage is key. Here are our recommendations for:

Strudels:
As the strudel contains cream, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator and avoiding reheating. For the best flavour and texture, enjoy it chilled and on the day of purchase.


Fresh Cream Cakes:

Please store the cake in the refrigerator (between 0°C to 4°C) upon receipt. For best taste and texture, allow the cake to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving. Consume within 2–3 days for optimal freshness.

Eclairs, Tarts and Puffs:

Store the products in an airtight container in the refrigerator if not consumed immediately. To maintain the crispness of the pastry, avoid placing it in a humid environment. Best consumed within the same day for ideal texture and flavour.

DELIVERY
A flat delivery fee of $12.50 applies to most locations across Singapore.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Jurong Island, Tuas, South Tuas, Sentosa, and Army Camps.
We offer two delivery time slots:

• 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

If you're unavailable during the 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM window, please indicate in the order notes that you prefer the 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM slot.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery. For orders placed after 2:00 PM, the earliest available delivery date will be two days later (T+2).

We do not offer international shipping.
SELF-COLLECTION
Yes, you may opt for the “Pick Up” option at checkout.

Currently, self-collection is available at the following four locations: NEX, AMK Hub, Ng Teng Fong GH, and Tampines Mall.

For Strudels, they are typically in stock and can be collected once you receive a notification that your order is ready—usually on the same day or the next day.

For Cakes, availability at each pickup location may vary. Please wait for a confirmation that your order is “Ready for Pick Up” before heading down to collect it.

You may indicate your preferred outlet under the “Special Instructions to Seller” section at checkout. If no alternative location is specified, your order will be prepared at the outlet selected during checkout by default.


Please note that for strudels, we typically prepare them upon the customer’s arrival to ensure optimal freshness and quality.

This means your order has been processed and scheduled for preparation by our kitchen or outlet. Rest assured, it will only be prepared and delivered on the date you selected.


If no delivery date was specified at checkout, your order will be prepared and dispatched at the earliest available time.
