- Are Ritz Apple Strudel Products Halal?
Yes! We're halal-certified on both our outlets and from our central kitchen.

- How much is shipping within Singapore?
$12.50 flat fee almost anywhere* in Singapore. FREE for purchases over $100.
- Are there any areas you don't service in Singapore?
Yes. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Tuas, South Tuas, Sentosa, or Jurong Island.
- When will my goods be delivered?
If you order before 2pm, Next day can be selected from the calendar
If you order past 2pm, T+2 can be selected from the calendar
There are 2 delivery windows
1100 - 1500
1500 - 1900
If you're not home on the 9-2pm window, please make sure you write in the note to us that you want the 2-7pm delivery window.
- What if I need my order to be delivered urgently?
Please call our office at +65 64693470 and speak with our friendly staff before you make your order.
- What if I want to schedule my order to be delivered on a future date?
Pick Up
- Can I pick up my order instead of Shipping ?
Yes, you may choose the "Pick up" option at Check out.
Currently, we can only allow self collection at 4 predetermined locations. NEX, AMK Hub, NTF GH or Tampines Mall.
Strudels are always in stock, so for pick up orders you can pick up your order as soon as we notify you that your order is ready for pick up. Usually same day/next day.
For Cakes, availability at our pick up locations vary. Please only attempt to collect your order after we mark the order as "Ready for Pick up".
- Can I schedule a pick up ?
Yes, please choose a date on check out. When we set your order as "Ready for Pick up" you may go to your chosen outlet.
- Can I pick up from a location not on the location list?
Yes, under special instructions to seller. You may indicate which of our outlets you'd like to pick up from. If you do not do this, we'll be readying your order at your chosen location on check out.
Please note that we usually only prepare Strudels when a customer arrives to ensure freshness of the product given to you.
- My order is set to be fulfilled before my scheduled delivery date what does this mean?
This means, we have processed your order to be prepared by our kitchen/outlet. We'll only prepare and ship on the date that you have specified.
If no date was specified, it means we're prepping your order to be sent to you.
Miscellaneous
- Can I request the strudel to be cut?
If you're ordering a pick up order, you may ask for your strudel to be cut with our counter crew.
We do not cut delivery orders.
- Can I request a birthday tag/candle?
If you have ordered a cake or strudel yes.
- Can I request writing on a cake/strudel?
No, we do not write on cakes or strudels.
Returns Policy:
While we put on every effort to try our best to provide excellent quality products for our customers. If you find any issues with the quality of the product you received,
you may bring the physical uneaten portion to your closest outlet location for our investigation on the same day or latest the following day for exchange for a new one free of charge.
Only the physical product will be accepted for returns. Photos will not be accepted.
